OOC: Doesn't 52% miss? The dragon is more than 5ft away, isn't he? 10z and Pol being long only fills up 0z. Otherwise, Pol might get an AoO depending on Jurathor's path.

OOC: Pol has a reach of 10 feet and is 12 feet tall, so he is tall. Also, 52% would hit anyway, because the miss chance is 50%. It is called a miss chance, so I use the lower 50% as a miss.

You are correct that Pol would have received an AoO. I keep forgetting about his senses. What form does the AoO take?
