Going back to edit it I realized that the quarrel struck SnorLoska too. He's only got soft-cover from Siobhan, so his AC was 17 against the shooter (which was what I rolled). It's been fixed.

Also, [MENTION=6855204]tglassy[/MENTION] Where is Terrus attacking from? Theres not a lot of room between the wagon and the wall and SnorLoska jumped down to g10. Theoretically Terrus could climb through the wagon onto tge driver's seat, I suppose.

Oh, you mean opposite to the side they are fighting on? It's not scraping the wall, so there's room, but it's a bit of a trip to get around the horses, isn't it? By my estimation that would be a trip of around 50 feet, passing by both enforcers. (Well, at least one of 'em). You could probably jump over her without PP just by climbing up to the seats and doing it. Can Terrus ignore difficult terrain from objects? Because moving about the wagon certainly counts as such. I'd probably rule that he can clear Siobhan and the Horse from the driver's seat with a DC15 Athletics check to arrive in G8. Failure puts him there prone, and possibly bashes the horse.

Speaking of the horse! @Fradak you could drive the horse forward from there on the ground, but it's gonna take either Animal Handling or Intimidate as an Action. These horses have been established as pretty stoic while there's fighting going on around them. The mostly stand there. Occasionally they will stomp or roll their heads. Speaking of which, the spot you placed your Sleep will get their heads, and it will get Kelley. I'm not a "gotcha" DM, so I thought I'd warn you about that...

EDIT: Looks like everyone's done their turn. I will give you both a bit of time to respond to this, then I will finish the round as best I can. I'm trying to put my Comic Store to bed so I can get to the airport, so I'm crazy for even suggesting that I might find time to write-up a round. So you may have tons of time to respond. I dunno. 2nd Edit: Of course, once I'm checked in at the Airport, I might have tons of time to sit and do it... we shall see!
