Yes, but not while driving the wagon. The shield is in the wagon behind driver seat. At least that is how I imagined that he would do it — he could not control the wagon while wielding a shield.
SnorLoska normally wields a shield and fights with a long sword, and axe on the back. Sometimes he prefers to swing his greataxe but then without a shield.

They have Pack Tactics so they have Advantage when an ally is adjacent the target. Which Kelley isn't. Moot point because poor Kelley is in trouble.

I noticed this. Is it possible to change the target of hex? I think it is, but can't confirm right now. Would like to change my target and start working on the guard.
