Okay, two things.
Dispensables: Bob isn't 'directly' trying to intimidat the trogs, but would you like an intimidat check from him anyways?
Infiltrators: You said the acolyte was fleeing, but will Mord have a second shot at him? He seems to be stuck in the middle of everything.

1. No, that's fine. Your "passive intimidate" will do!
2. I meant to illustrate that he WILL run, if he gets the chance next turn. He had to use up his move to poison spray.
Maybe the Acolyte will start thinking I'm immune to poison

The Infiltrators seems to be in trouble. Lots of missed attacks and one dead NPC due to three straight missed death saves after a critical hit. Not looking good.
