Mord is a Warlock, right? Warlocks get their slots back in a short rest, which is why they only get 2.

Er, guess I missed that! In that case, I can go all at as long as I get a short rests. I guess it isn't as broken as the 3.5 Ed Warlock, barely.

Terrus can grow wings for an hour by using 5 psi points. No different than a winged Tiefling or Dragonborn, or a Draconic Sorcerer.

And just because he is an Earth Genasi doesn't mean he's made of rock. He's still just flesh and blood.
