Yeah, they get ten more psi points at level 5, probably because they can now use 5 points at a time. It's like how wizards get third level spells at level 5.

Their maximum is 27.

Sorry, I was confused. I thought we would level up during a short rest, but it looks like we level up instantly but without resource replenishment. Anyhow... here is SnorLoska and Sesto:

@Prickly Pear uuhhh... When I asked that you post as Sesto in the Ensemble, I meant please post anything you say into the stone there so the players that aren't in the Dispensables can "hear" it. It's okay, I'll copy it over. No worries.

@gargoyleking What do you mean recalculated damage from 25 to 15? I am pretty sure I calculated everything correctly.

No, with 25 damage done hw was at 15/40 and with heals and leveling he bumped up to 37/55.
