Here are your options so that everyone is clear:
South Door leads to a store-room. From there, you have a grate that goes to a sewer that goes to the lake. Terrus, Drako, Lorenn and Torbin have been here before and know this. They have been through the grate, even though it looks like it doesn't open - Udit disguised it to throw off the cult. The store-room also has a portcullis exit that leads to a prison, that leads to a huge flight of stairs that leads to the grand entryway for the whole Temple. From there, there is outside. Unfortunately, it also leads through other rooms to the Altar-room. And there are guys coming from that way, though not as many.
East Door leads to the Altar-room. From there, there's a ton of guys coming from the south, and the further-east door is still barricaded with pews. BUT there is a teleporter, talked about above. Everyone knows all of this.
North Door leads to the Dragon's audience chamber. Only Lorenn and Zander know this. It may or may not have some guards, or possibly a Dracolich, though the River Gang says they killed it. Lorenn, Torbin, Drako, and Zander know that there is a ledge up there that leads to the Hydra lair, and the Hydra is dead. That gets you out to the lake. Otherwise there are also other doors up there that lead to places that no-one knows about. (Though Zander would say "more Vaults.")
