Rogue 10 and what now?

So my rogue just gained level 10 and I decided to go for Opportunist as a special ability since I like having extra sneak attacks. It was a difficult decision since having Improved Evasion or Skill Mastery were also very tempting for me.

So I'd like to know what other rogue players did with their rogues when they got 10th level. Did you go for an extra Feat to complete a devastating feat chain? Or maybe Defensive Roll, seeing the wisdom in better surviving melee combat? Just tell me!

Dude. Here's a kick-butt rogue combo.

Deadly Precision from XPH (reroll 1's on sneak attack dice) + Sacred Strike from BoED (sneak attacks do d8's instead of d6's verses evil).

I went for Opportunist, too. I was thinking very hard about Slippery Mind since my Wil-Save is so bad (even with Iron Will). It´s only a small second chance but I think it could be worth it.

I was tempted to take a feat but the special abilities are just more unique.

What kind of combo is that, Sacred Strike just makes Deadly Precision weaker. ;)

I guess that would make it a roleplaying combo ;) As we all know, proper roleplaying means sticking yourself in the eye as much as possible!

Only 3% weaker.

Of course, looking at it the other way around, DP makes SS stronger... ;)

For those of y'all who are interested:
SA d6 = 3.5 (avg)
SA + DP = 4 (avg)
SA + SS = 4.5 (avg)
SA + DP + SS = 5(avg)

I guess I don't understand. How do these feats not stack? As I read it, if you had both feats you'd be doing d8 sneak attacks vs. evil critters, and you'd be rerolling all 1's. Am I missing something? Seems like a pretty straight-forward (not to mention potent) combo to me.

Huh?

I am not familiar with either feat so I don't know if you roll a 1 with Deadly Precision and you roll to replace it and roll a new 1 if you get to roll yet again, I assume not.

Without SS, average damage would increase from 3.5 per d6 to 3.9166..., with SS average damage would increase from 4.5 per d8 to 4.9375.

0.416 more damage per die vs. 0.438 per die. A difference of .022

So, on average, with both feats you're doing 1.5 extra damage per die of sneak attack. A 10th-level rogue, then, will be doing an average of 7.5 extra damage per sneak attack more than your 10th-level rogue without these feats. And at 20th level, the DP/SS rogue does 15 damage more per sneak attack than the rogue without. With three attacks, that's potentially +45 damage per round you wouldn't have done otherwise, on average. How is this weak?
