Rogue powers, sneak attack and weapon selection

Gotta love sneak attacking with a one-point-of-damage-ever shuriken.

I'm not even going to touch the mainstay of this argument.

I just want to point out that I really like the idea of a sap being used to knock out people instead of being just a regular weapon. A sap or blackjack really isn't something you wildly wave around in the heat of combat. But using it to incapacitate someone is...well, pretty much what it IS for. Maybe allow someone with a sap/blackjack/cosh/what have you to exchange their sneak attack damage for a chance to damage or incapacitate the enemy in some other way.
