Rules for Drunkenness

4e Hackmaster has the most in-depth rules for fantasy intoxication I've ever seen!

For the life of me I can't remember in what book it was in, probably because we we're drunk when we used the rules, but I think there was some in D&D at some point too. Might've been the 2E complete book of dwarves, or possibly a dragon magazine.
