okay, this isn't for those hozers (= lucky b*tards) who got to see the prerelease movie ...

this is for us who've just seen the trailer. I thought it was awesome, not only where there lots going on ... but I couldn't see any plot spoilers nor did it seem like the whole movie was shown already (yes I know they're hunting river ... evident from the series).

... it was just clips of really cool scenes, and Mal acting like Mal (ie Han shot first!)



man, it was just cool ... august is going to be a hard month to get through!

A question I have seeing the trailer:

Are Shepherd Book and Kaylee in the movie? They aren't in the trailer.

The trailer also says "6 rebels on the run" which makes NO sense to me, cause there are 7 characters in the trailer.

At least you can take solice in watching the series (in the order it was meant to be aired in) on the SCi-Fi friday night block. I think it premieres next week after they premiere the new season of all their big name shows. Friday night looks busy for my VCR this summer!!

Wasn't much of a fan of the series but that may have been due to the fact that they showed it out of order and with a lot of breaks in between airings. Oh yeah, and the other reason I never saw it...Fox. Those bastiches have been screwing up good shows for years. Every time something interesting comes along they hose it up good. Might give the Firefly show another chance since it's going to be running in it's original order (including airing of the two episodes that only initially made it to DVD) on Sci-Fi channel starting this friday until the movie premieres.
