Telgrothia: A Song of Savagery & Heroism (D&D 3.5)

While endeavoring to keep his eyes on the figure moving in the northwest corner, Ali`cor whispers, "They didn't take my robes away... just my weapons -- if they brought them at all. Did they leave you anything that might unlock those chains for them?"

Hattori wraps the chain around his arms and give another great pull. The floor board creaks badly as it warps. The nails bolting the chain to the floor bend and some of the heads break off. With a sudden snap the floor board where the chain had been bolted splinters into pieces. With a crash Hattori falls over backwards into a wooden barrel that caves in from his weight. For the briefest of moments the ruckus on the floor above seems to go silent...but then comes a loud scream.

"The coward shived me!!!". "I'm gonna cut you like a pig!!!"...Everyone begins to shout again and all of the voices meld together into one.

Hattori sits up right on the floor sitting in a pile of rotting potatoes that have come pouring out of the side of the broken barrel. The rotten vegetable give off potent odor which begins to fill the room. Hattori looks down at his feet and sees that the shackles are still chained around his ankles but he had broken them free from the wooden floor.

OOC: The party is missing all of their personal possessions.

OOC: what is Hattori's movement with the chains still attached to his legs?
Hattori will run to the elf "we should make a break for it while their distracted"

OOC: Hattori's movement will be reduced to 10ft per round until the chains are removed.

Ali does not notice anymore movement in the corner after Hattori rips his chain from the floor board.

"Hold, my strange metal friend. Let the rest of us get on the other side of the room from the door, and you try to break it down with that barrel. How's that sound?"

OOC: Sorry I didn't play any yesterday. I was sicksick.

"How about we make sure everyone can charge out before we go doing something stupid!" pipes up Black, rattling the chains on his feet which are still firmly attached to the ground.
