Two items to be priced -- help!

I'm designing two Relics (per complete divine). Ignoring the "relic discount" could you help me estimate prices for these two items? They are for the Dwarven God of Smithing.

#1
+5 Adamantine Warhammer, construct bane.
Provides a +7 circumstance bonus to metal-smithing craft skills when used.
Gives weilder 3 feats: Extrodinary Artisan, Exeptional Artisan, and Legendary Artisan, but only when making metal items. Those 3 abilities only work if legal weilder spends the XP.

[Keep in mind that as a relic it can't be trivially passed around to make all items cheaper for everyone]

+5 Adamantine Full Plate.
It's DR stacks with any DR of type X/- from class levels AND/OR feats.
(The idea is the armor wants to be used by someone skilled in using it or otherwise tough by skill, not race or other magic items)
Provides 15 points of energy resistance against any form of dragon's breath.

Also, if anyone has cool names for these....

For the armor, strictly RAW it's 41,500gp(adamantine armor and enhancement bonus)+the ad hoc cost of the DR/- stacking ability, which I would say makes it minimally 45,000, probably more.
 

As I've not gotten much feedback on this, I thought I'd provide my thoughts:

+5 bane=72,000
Adamantine=3,000
+7 bonus to effectively 3 related craft skills is < 15,000 for sure, and I'm calling it 7,500 due to the heavy degree of overlap.
I think the rule of thumb is 5,000 per feat. So 15,000 with some limitations brings it to 10,000. This seems a bit low, but I'm really not sure.
There should perhaps be some "unslotted" modifers, but as the two non-weapon bonus abilites would only be used outside of an adventure I don't think that's calledfor.
Total cost=92,500

This one is harder.
+5 = 25,000
Adamantine = 15,000
DR modifier is intended to not only stack with those feats/class abilites, but cause them to stack with eachother. I don't think this can get much above DR 13/-, but that's really high... I'm going with 20,000.
The energy resistatnce I'd ballpark at 15,000. It is almost certainly less useful than a single pure energy resistance, even at 10. But it is still might handy.
Total cost=75,000

Toughts?
