Viridian Plague--Autumn's Enigma [Obscurity]

(OOC: Tumble halves your movement speed and doesn't look like it helps with slippery surfaces (although the ice sheet gives you a -5 to Tumbling according to the SRD). I think that'd be Balance. With her amazing Dex and the +2 synergy from Tumble, her Balance isn't awful, though. The trouble is that the eye is probably going to catch up to her again in a round or so with her new slower speed, particularly if she slows down again to Balance or Tumble properly. She also still has the mirror shard which may do something, but it is in her bag for now.)

Running low on options with her much more limited mobility its time to take a leap of faith and see if this works. She'll get out the shard and try to see if she can figure out a way to use it, if all else fails as a shield.

*Obscurity grabs the mirror shard from her bag and holds it between herself and the eye, hoping. The first blast arrives as she begins balancing on the eight-inch-wide ice platform, but she holds up the mirror shard, and the attack reflects back at the eye, which covers in ice and freezes over...for now at least. It seems unable to move. Also, Obscurity's torpor wears off, leaving her just at the beginning of the twisty ice pathway.*

(OOC: It's a DC 15 Balance normally--DC 20 if you want to move full speed. You have +8 to Balance thanks to Synergy, and a failure by 5 or more makes you fall)

*Not entirely sure what prize she is after, Obscurity is at least grateful that she managed to figure out how to deal with the eye. She'll take her time with the balance check.*

*Obscurity takes her time with the twisty icy path, and she makes it across just as the eye breaks out of its icy torpor. Obscurity looks down at the mirror shard, ready to use it again if the eye attacks, but she finds to her horror that the mirrored surface of the shard has shattered with the blast. Still, she has made it to a platform where she can make short jumps upwards to several other platforms hanging just above and make it up to the next landing, and another of the reflective shards.*

(OOC: She could set up a web between two trees to block her jumping from the eye, though the eye hasn't caught up to her yet because it was stuck for a while)

*Obscurity makes the first two four-foot hops up easily, but on the third, she misses slightly, grabbing onto the edge of the next platform and pulling herself up.*

Obscurity pulls herself up to the ledge. Where is the eye? Where is the next shard? If she can get the shard before being zapped she will, otherwise she will try to quickly place a web between her and the eye provided it is moving again.
