D&D 5E Warlord - Is 5E SRD/DMsGuild a Solution? Is AL a Problem?

Okay, but you may want to consider designing to 5e's aesthetic. IMX, D&D isn't all that big on amorphous abilities or "Schrodinger's Effects". Classes in D&D tend to be a bit more evocative having themes and fluff and niches. Just a suggestion...
Generally true.

However, given that HP is fully in the "Schrodinger's effect" territory already, i don't see how healing can be anything but the same. It's also what cure wounds does.

"A creature you touch regains a number of hit points..." Doesn't matter if the damage is psychic, bludgeoning, fire, lighting, cold, disease, poison. It's just all mushed together into "damage" and "regain HP".

No attempt at explaining how it cure's wounds. Or even what kind of wounds it cures. Or how a paladin can put his hands on internal or mental injuries. It's just "my faith is so great that my touch makes you feel better.". The rest is left upto the reader to decide.

But as warlord healing goes it's a decent compromise and I'd probably allow it at my table.
Good to hear.

Alternatively
I feel the flat 1 HP is simpler then the extra wording needed for your other options.

But yes, there are other options. Including letting someone spend hit dice.

Nope. Cure wounds magically restores a creature's hit point. So again, how does your proposed class feature do so? It's a simple question.

Warlord sidebar: Through your latent and subtle psionic powers you are able to have wondrous effects through your intellect, wisdom and charisma. While these abilities may look like inspiration, leadership, or general encouragement they are in fact magical despite your ignorance or insistence that they are not.

Add same to Fighter and Rogue to account for Second Wind, Action Surge, Battle Master maneuvers, Sneak Attack, and Cunning Action.

And as a general feature to resolve short/long rest healing, to account for the 'spidey sense' needed for the Alertness feat, and the Surprise/Initiative rules, or any other situation where it is easiest to just throw up your hands and say, "It's magic!"
