I'm only certain we've taken:

Heavy Armor Master x1
Martial Adept x1

(This is our first game playing with feats)

And I think someone took Healer but I'm not sure.

While not all these players are current, I've had the following feats taken in campaigns I DM:

Warcaster (Eldritch Knight)
Elemental Adept - lightning (Sorcerer)
Polearm Master (Paladin)
Sharpshooter (Ranger)

No variant humans allowed so all had to be level 4. The following level 4+ characters chose ASI instead:
Druid
Monk
Monk
Fighter
Fighter
Sorcerer

That looks like a 40% take-rate at level 4.

I also have a number of PCs currently at level 3, so we'll see what happens when they hit level 4.

I ran a PotA campaign with some changeup of players. It ended with characters being lvl 11.
I can remember the following feats being taken along the way:

Variant human barb: great weapon master
Variant human rogue: sharpshooter and crossbow expert
Variant human eldritch knight: warcaster and shield master
Aarakocra ranger: polearm master
High elf arcane archer: sharpshooter

Basically I've noticed that if I have a barb character they will take great weapon master and ranged will take sharpshooter. They're too good to pass up.

Deleted comment.

So I'll change it to: I'll agree that GWM is too good to pass up for a barbarian. Variant human barbarian with GWM at level one is crazy good.

Adventurer
Variant Human Paladin with GWM and a maul, couldn't afford a greatsword
Variant Human Cleric with Healer, considered themselves a medic, carried 3 healing kits
Variant Human Moon Druid with Sentinel
Variant Human Ranger with Crossbow Expert, didn't own a hand crossbow, just wanted to get rid of the disadvantage in combat

Over the course of 5e we've had:

Alert
3 Dual Wielder
Dungeon Delver
Heavily Armored
2 Heavy Armor Master
Magic Initiate (Druid)
Lucky
Observant
2 Polearm Master
5 Resilient (3x Constitution, 1x Wisdom, 1x Strength)
2 Shield Master
Skilled
Spell Sniper
3 Tough
2 War Caster
Weapon Master

I hope it doesn't throw off too much if I neglect to include ASIs, because it would take way too much effort to figure out those. They happen a good amount of the time though.
