Yay, it's less of a problem for honored than yakuza actually because of the number.
For gangs, it's kinda bad (although currently all gang teachers have their structures set up) because there are so few choices, and if you refuse (or are refused from) a gang structure, you lose those gang member powers completely. Anycase, it's not a big deal as people said
. It gets almost no traffic.
