What Property That Has Never Had A TTRPG Adaptation Deserves one?

It almost got there. There was a series of Narnia solo game books that was very neat and contained a system that flirted with being an RPG. I greatly enjoyed it in my youth.
Whhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaat. Man, that fad had gone pretty had by the time I was reading, I missed out on all but a few beat up examples.

I love SWADE but I don't think it is a good fit for Elder Scrolls. I would want something definitely crunchier. But I agree about the not-5E part. Maybe if not 2d20 it would be a good candidate for AGE or even BRP?
2d20 isn't terribly crunchy, at least not in the STA, JCOM, nor DUNE versions. It's not quite to the storygame end of the spectrum, either. Those three flavors? JCOM is probably the deadliest, tho' I've only run the other two (and read 3 other flavors as well)... that said, it's as cinematic in approach as SWADE. Potential for super highs and rapid crash to major lows. Not as often as Savage Worlds, but still.

BRP, in current incarnations, is a longish skill list, with around 45 pre-filled common skills and 40 blanks on the character sheet. Not counting weapons skills. 55 on the skills list, not counting weapons, with several actually being groups of similar skills. And large amounts of points to distribute.
At least it isn't using the damage by hit location as a default rule as RQ3 did. Average HP for a genuinely average roll is going to be 11 for a human. Best armor is around 8 before magic... typical sword is 1d8+1, and typical damage bonus is 0, but +1d4 isn't uncommon. A crit is max damage from the weapon portion, so a sword crit is 9, Major Wound is anything over half. So a crit can be 10-13 points of damage, less armor. Impaling weapons can, on a special or crit, roll damage and double it instead of the max weapon portion. Thus a moderately strong man of midling size, with a 1d6+1 rapier can do 2×(1d6+1+1d4) on a special success or crit success... expected of 14, max of 22. 22 will kill almost any human-sized foe unarmored, or most non-warrior non-laborer type humans... outright. Even the buffest humans are only going to get to 21 HP...
And if using HP by location? Joe Normal in 7 point chain takes 11 to the head... Joe is DEAD. See, his 11 full body also means only 4 available in the head.
From what I recall, Elder Scrolls wasn't too deadly, and wasn't location relevant, so be aware that a couple good hits can be lethal in BRP. There's no HP growth in BRP, either... Increased resistance is by increasing parry skills, not more HP.

I can't speak to Fantasy Age, other than to note it has no clerical magic, at least none in any difference from wizardly.

Person of Interest would be another goody, Agents assigned missions by The Machine
In all seriousness, any solid moderns game can handle PoI just fine. At least through season 3. (I quit watching after s3. )

d6 Adventure or MIB can be used as is.
GURPS Basic Set, possibly add G:Cyberpunk for some of the later 3rd season bits.
BTRC's CORPS - a bit on the gritty side, but well scaled, and guaranteed to have all the guns one might want in More Guns³
Any good post 1970's spy game, heist game, or assassin game... Top Secret, James Bond 007, Hollowpoint, Leverage, etc.
Firefly, stripped of the majority of SF elements, can readily be reskinned for moderns, thanks to being a space western, and the rules would be a really good fit to the tone - Serious, but not dry. Wry humor and people out on the edge of their competence.
If one is sticking to the core model of the show, drop super powers for skills, and the relationship rules in Smallville would work well. Hell, graft relationships on to Firefly, instead. Oh, wait, Firefly is OOP and not even available in PDF...
And the new owners of Cortex Prime won't even let me redownload it, since I bough it from the prior owner. (Cam Banks, you screwed up there...)
