The bear sits down and tilts its head at Terry, as if not understanding. The woman leaves the creature and goes to help the fallen sailor.

The wind shifts as the group continues to battle the bandits, a hint of a storm in the air.

Cyan bears down on one of the bandits as the other takes an arrow in the arm and drops his bow and runs. The man fighting the blue-scaled dragonborn nervously draws his scimitar and lashes out wildly catching her across the chest and face, with a lucky swing.

OOC: Group is up.

Niklos starts his chase, keeping an eye on the bandit in the woods, until an arrow takes him in the back. The man drops and Talin smiles at making the great shot.

OOC: A hit with disadvantage and cover. Nice!

OOC: Are the dead bandits actually dead or can they be save by spare the dying? I don't want to use an action to make a medicine check (especially since there's no rules for figuring out if someone's dying in the PHB).

Terry tries casting spare the dying on the defeated bandit that seems least damaged. She stands and points at the remaining bandit. "Surrender and come quietly. You are outnumbered. You can't win." But apparently she can't quite keep her voice steady as she says so.
OOC: persuasion [roll0]

OOC: The nearest bandits have an arrow in the throat and a dagger in the eye. Medicine DC 0 they aren't getting back up. The third is to far for your spell to work. So you still have an action left. If you want you may try Intimidation as your action (and use the bear somehow, lol).
