Chrysagon watched intensely as Imogen placed the cubes in their respective cavities, hoping that another trap would not spring. Each opposing god cube was placed opposite of each other and the neutral god cube in the central cavity. Similar to the previous fake door. The arrangement was pictured such that the cube of Moa was preventing the other gods from fighting each other.

OOC: I thought Ussal will put the cubes :) But if someone volunteered, who is he to argue

Ussal slithers a bit back as the human female started putting the cubes in their slots. He brought them here, and he keeps watching through the magic amulet to see if anything important changes.

With an icy draft, Miss Imogen clears away the rock face with a scouring blast. "Keep careful watch" she says, needlessly. She takes the cubes from Ussal and slides them into place.

This is the first time she has turned her back on Ussal, but it is not a deliberate choice. She does not understand how these cubes can be an efficient means of entry anywhere, and wants to understand better.

Legend
When Miss Imogen placed the last puzzle cube, each cube began to glow with an inner light, which grew brighter and brighter until at last, they flashed in a dazzling burst and were gone. Outside the gargoyles laughed, a hollow, cruel sound and then they flew off into the sky, circling far overhead.

The stone slab of the "door" growled like an angry beast and slowly grinded its way upward into the ceiling, revealing a long hall to another stone slab. Inset in that slab, like the puzzle-cube "lock" before it, was a large iron lever. Above the door was a large stone skull that leered down the hall in the light that filtered through a thin crack in the ceiling.

Dellrak could "feel" the mechanisms deep within the walls. Like the previous set of doors, somewhere deep within the walls counter-weights moved, dragged on pulleys and chains. As the first brave soul moved forward into the hall, the skull's mouth dropped open, and a skeletal hand reached forth, holding a brass hourglass. The hand rotated around, turning the glass.

Within the glass, sand began to pour from the upper to the lower globe. There was only enough sand for perhaps a minute or two...

OOC: Please decide what you will do as quickly as possible. I will assume that everyone goes along with whatever the first few people post if I feel that it's taking too long.

"Well that's not good," she says, looking to the timer, and advancing to the other end of the room.

"There's a timer," she calls behind her. "And a lever at the far end. I'm sure it's a trap, but I see little choice."
