Damen continues to laugh, even harder as he is knocked on his rear. Forgiveness?!? For what, dear sister, for living? For not being under Mother's thumb? For being free of your golden little cage. Ha! hahahahahahahahahah! The drow staggers a bit to his feet, giggling within Harold's darkness, and fires another bolt at his sister, this time connecting.
OOC: Stand and fire (his square is totally obscured, so he has CA vs his sister: Hit, 35 dmg and target is dazed from Surprised Strike.

Will use Cunning Escape if a +4 defense would save him; Slip Aside if an AC/Reflex attack crits or bloodies him.

"Bayad 'nuff yew gotta be heyah, but nayow yew gotta brin' yowah frayends tew!" EIthal, still a little confused, sees only pirate lackeys where her friends used to be,
Anyone else want a piece of me!?
"Donchew worrih shuggah! Yew'll git yowah cummupins soon 'nuff!" Eithal doesn't even bother to stand, she focuses on doing as much damage as possible, "Bu'ffust Ah gottah git thissun!" Retreating from Brastrix, she attempts to avoid being flanked by one of his lackeys (a role here being unwittingly played by Damen). Her axe strikes the poor drow quite hard, but even the act of drawing his blood doesn't jar Eithal back to reality. To the contrary, Eithal seems quite pleased with the progress she's making. As if to make apoint, she pulls the scoundrel close and breathes hateful air into his face, "Tayke thayat yew scallawayag!"[sblock=Actions]Free: Font of Life vs. -5 to saves: 1d20-5=7 Oh well.

[SBLOCK=OOC]Dekana: Is Eithal Dominated, as teh rules tells:

Compedium said:
While a creature is dominated, it can’t take actions. Instead, the dominator chooses a single action for the creature to take on the creature’s turn: a standard, a move, a minor, or a free action. The only powers and other game features that the dominator can make the creature use are ones that can be used at will, such as at-will powers. For example, anything that is limited to being used only once per encounter or once per day does not qualify. In spite of this condition, the creature’s allies remain its allies, and its enemies, its enemies.
In addition, a dominated creature grants combat advantage and can’t flank.

If it is yes, he shouldn't be able to crawl AND attack in the same round.[/SBLOCK]

OOC: Yes, you're right. When you are dominated, you are also dazed (it's part of the dominated condition). I'll change Eithal's action accordinly when I get home.

"SQUAWK!" Another explosion of blue fire engulfs the group's shadowy enemies, but most of them seem unaffected. The childlike voices coming from within the roiling dark cloud seem not to care, though.

"Hey, lets throw rocks at Sir Moynifried's windows while he's out."

"Yeah, that'll teach him for coming all the way out to this stupid swamp."

"What's he doing here, anyway?"

"Who cares?"

"But he lives in Daunton."

"So?"

"And how are we supposed to break his windows? We're not in Daunton."

"Now just hold on," says "Harold," suddenly reverting to his normal voice. "Allow me to reflect. This all made perfect sense a moment ago."

There is a brief silence, broken only by the sound of Damen's giggling.

Although Eithal intends to attack the shadow (Jarel-karn) several feet away from her, she finds that whatever dark magic the ghost-shadow hit her with has slowed her movements down. She is forced to instead aim at the shadow closer to her (Damen). Still lying prone, she swing her axe at his legs.

GM: Eithal uses Thorn Strike on Damen since she can't move and also attack. He has concealment for a -2, but that roll still hits (for 20 damage since Eithal gets +2d6 damage while dominated). stonegod, you can use either Cunning Escape or Slip Aside to turn that into a miss if you want (hit by 4 or less and bloodied you).

When Eithal fails her saving throw, she is affected by mental disarray (dominated) until the end of the encounter. It is no longer save ends! If she takes 10 or more damage, her dominator (the ghost) takes an equal amount of damage, and she can make another save to end the mental disarray.

As the mad giant attacks him, Damen suddenly shuts up and nimbly steps aside. His sneer is imperious looking as his vanishes in the murk.
OOC: Cunning Escape to negate damage and shift to N15; this allows him to hide (as it is is movement), so Stealth: 36

OOC: Thanks for catching that. I retconned my post.
