It's good to see Nana Visitor in this episode, since it's been a while since DS9 was on.

Anyways though they now have a Colonial-Cylon (well just Natalie's basestar) alliance, it looks like it's very tenuous. Already we have a Six killing Barolay to get revenge on her for killing her in New Caprica, and Natalie killing that said copy of herself for good, and the centurion killing another a copy of Sharon shows the Cylons can barely keep it together. It'll probably be worse with the Colonials trying to keep it together next episode.

And during this whole time, I wonder if anyone around Sam noticed Sam trying to stick his hand in the Cylon control panels, or his reactions whenever the Final Five was mentioned right in his presence. He's probably the worst one for keeping his secret out of the four.

Who was Nana Visitor? The other cancer patient?

Yeah, we saw Anders doing the same. The temptation to find out must be really strong.

Great episode, we were quite pleased.

Yes, I spotted it immediately but was a bit confused when she wasn't listed at the start (only in the credits). My comment to the wife was "They did a good job of making her look bad." ;)

So...

[sblock]"Thus will it come to pass. The dying leader will know the truth of the Opera House. The missing three will give you the five, who have come from the home of the thirteenth. You are the harbinger of death, Kara Thrace. You will lead them all to their end. End of line."

The first couple of lines are easy...but who was to deconstruct the last of it?[/sblock]

It's been suggested the Final Five have a connection to Earth end of the last season, when they started to here the music in the Nebula. Their knowledge of where Earth is, though is buried deep inside them and each of them probably needs to come to some sort of realization and find who the fifth among them is.

And these are the cylons with the independent Centurions. That can't be good.

So true. The make-up artist or whoever was responsible it deserves a bonus. She looked old and ill, and for a moment I really wondered if it was going bad for Nana Visitor, and not just the character. ;)

On the "prophecies" of the Hybrid - I just reread on he battlestar wiki the quotes of the Hybrid in Razor. Those seem to have come true, so I suspect this one will come true, too.

And this is the second time that it is said that Kara will lead them to their end. The best-case is that it means the end of the journey and maybe the end of the cylon/human divide. The worst case is obvious - Rocks fall, you all die.

So, the Final Five already where to Earth? Or where they created their? When? And how do they relate to the other 7 Cylons?
