Unless I read these wrong, all these powers let you do is determine the "flavor" or "special effects" of your divine+ powers. (Like making a divine blast look like a whirling horizontal tornado, etc)dante58701 said:Divine Sensory Alteration [Psionic]
You completely control the sensory effects of your divine powers.
Prerequisites:Sensory Alteration [Psionic]
Benefit:All incidental cosmetic effects of divine powers are controlled by the deity, allowing them to create whatever sensory effects they desire. This occurs automatically and never counts as an action on the part of the deity. The incidental cosmetic effects can mimic any power of up to 4th level.
Normal:Sensory effects are standardized according to the campaign.
Cosmic Sensory Alteration [Psionic]
You completely control the sensory effects of your cosmic powers.

While I think a god's powers would already be thematically linked to his portfolios, these do give the added effect of letting him "fake out" his foes, I guess by making his divine powers resemble Psionic powers.
In all, I would say the cosmic one is not powerful enough to warrent it's tier; It and all its Transcendent and Omnific variations could just be lumped into the divine one.
That is, unless you could use these powers to fake out a foe with no chance of percieving the ruse. Then, yea, I guess they would be a bit too strong. ("This isn't an Astro [Storm]... Its... uh... Ultrablast?")
