No there are no psionic based powers in the IH. I just don't feel personally well versed enough in the latest Psionics rules (I didn't get round to buying any of the last two Psionic books) to do much with them.
But I'd like to, I don't want to leave Psionic players out.
As much as psionic content would rule, one could simply convert most magic content to psionic.
Sadly, the metamagic capacity thing wouldn't convert directly 1 to 1 as-is. (Psionic abilities allready scale infinitly, and metapsionic feats complicate things.)
There could be 2 powers, at cosmic level, One being a "You have infinite power points" power, and the other "You have every psionic power" type ability. That right there would pretty much be it for enhancing the psion. Everything else could just be given a Psionic flavor. (Like the 6th-through-10th sense abilities, the Science-y sounding powers like Anti-Matter and Astro effect , etc)
Next update is saturday? (V 1.1?)
... And we still don't know what Mantic Frenzy does :). My friends also want to know what Critical Mass does, as it sounds fun. :)

I'm not totally sure - would someone who has re-downloaded help explain?
Presuming Rockhoward bought the Beta from ENWorld, and since AFAIK that's the only place it's available so where else could it be from, ;)

All he has to do is go up to the top menu bar of the site- the line with links in order reading "Site Menu" "GameStore" "Support the Site!" and so on, specifically click on GameStore, and the GameStore submenu will load.

On that menu is an option dubbed "Wishlist & Bookshelf" which is what you click next. That loads your "Bookshelf" page, which contains links to every file you've ever bought from the ENWorld GameStore.

Each item on the list has a button next to it that usually reads "Download" which you can click to download a new copy. Now, after a product has been changed somehow, whether by being removed from sale in the GameStore or by something like what U_K is doing, that button instead reads "*Updated!" to let you know that it's changed. The function of the button doesn't change at all- it still starts a download when you click it.

Thus, you can download the update at will. No hassle, no fuss! It's a great system; I've really come to like it.

Thank you very much paradox42!
Hey U-K , what's new for saturday? portfolios, new feats? the complete feats packages? the appendix?
Keep working!
you're book is good!
One questions: is it possible for a party to battle a Nexus dragon without the divinity template??????

It's possible for a 5th-level party to fight an amilictli, but they'd better hope for some triple-20s. If you know what I mean. ;)

I am certain a party could... The obstacle they would need to circumvent would be it's breath. Perhaps with an epic spell they could protect themselves. It's Aura of HD nullification is also a concern, but not the major one. It would certainly be a long fight. (The dragon could just start healing itself, and the party would be at a considerable miss chance with little ability to negate it.
It certainly would be an "epic" battle.

Hrm. Interestingly enough, the lower CR'd Ouroborus could NOT be fought without a divinity template, as I don't think you can get around the Transtemporal ability with an epic spell... it's basically "Slipstream or nothing!"

Of course, even WITH slipstream, fighting anything with the Transtemporal ability is asking for three different worlds of pain-- past, present, AND future. And that's not even adding in the time folding ability...

yo!
I was thinking taht the Sacred Lord and the Profane Lord are bit weak for a divine abilities?
maybe Half-celestial would be switched for A Flaga template? or a tweaked Celestial template?
Half-dragon is not very great? maybe a spécial abilities versus dragons. (Maybe a roleplaing feat?)

I disagree. At the very least, all three of those templates add +16 (or more) to ability scores. That alone suggests they are roughly on the Divine Ability type level of power.

They generally also add a few other bonuses here and there.

So in totality they certainly weigh up to a Divine Ability.

hum if you said so!
But why don't introduce your other powerful template like The teacher, the Flaga , the awim?
The epic feats Sixth Sense is very powerful!!!! No Rogue could sneak you virtually.
Keep working man! :)

One others questions: ) a party could level up without gaining divinities templates?
It is possible to level up beyond the 1000th level in the same universe without being a High Lord?

You are just busting to get that minimum size thing revoked aren't you! :D

In dante58701's defence for his obsession ;-) : is it that silly that he shoudl want to play an immortal character without having to worry about being "big enough"? Are there gameplay balance issues for a Sidreal being whatever size he wants? if one wants to blow a Cosmic feat on it, will it break things?

If it's just a Kosmos logic thing (that is, all fluff) I don't think it's all that surprising that someone else might not want your fluff getting in the way of an idea they had. Yes, they're manifestations of bits of reality and uberpowerful, but if one of them just happened to be 6ft.... (Not that I'm badmouthing the Kosmos fluff, of course. The bestiary's glimpse of your immortal friendly setup has got me really interested in reading more about it in your products. ;-) )

<thinks> Pretty much all of the Deities & Demigods beings were pretty big, weren't they?

I'm looking forward to this next update on Saturday - after some false starts, I'm hoping to see some new material then. I'm still on lowly 11th level in my own game, but I still find your book most inspiring. :-)
