One Mordguard can cram itself into the baggage space and we can otherwise do two people per kayak.

In case no one gives me specific feedback, that's fine, I can sort it out myself, but you'll have to live with the results! (I'll assume at least one competent paddler per boat, if I can pull it off.)

How about Mord+1 MG with a competent paddler and Mord can act the lordly type and 2 MG in another? If they screw up and get washed out he won't cry except maybe to have to pay for the destroyed boat.

The fact that we’re trying so hard to get the kayaks situated makes me wonder if anything’s going to go wrong while rowing. Otherwise, why don’t we just say “they figure it out and get going”?

I’m going to start looking over Primus’ powers.

I *was* gonna just use the kayaks to get you down to the bigger boat, but this is taking long enough to have my internal encounter-timer going "ping! ping!"...

In answer to Prickly Pear regarding the trip "to Daggerford" -- It's a trip *from* Daggerford. You teleported from Hap to DF, now you're going to go about four hours down the Shining River to a place called Rock Tower to meet a Longship that has been raiding the Lizard Marsh while waiting for you...

So unless we're going to have something important happen on the way Insay we do the fast travel time and move on. Probably a lot of us don't even care who rides with whom.
