D&D 5E (OOC) Rise of the Dracolich (Full)

Primus can help with number 2. With a -3, it only has a 10% chance of succeeding on its saving throw against his attacks.

Give us one more level, and creatures with a -3 Int will have to Crit to beat his DC.

It should have had advantage (it has magic resistance) so the math is a little more in its favour than it looks, though not by much.

Well, I gambled by going all out "power attack" and managed to roll decent - let's see if it pans out!

How difficult is the terrain - to reach other wights, or go down the cliff?

It's an ice-slope of about 45 degrees. It's hard as hell to get around on. Think of it this way: the white parts are flat(ish); the grey parts are steep. Moving almost anywhere at all will require checks. DCs won't be terribly high (mostly because I believe that bad rolls make moderate dc's hard enough to make), but failing could have damaging consequences.

I'm asking in case the wight is dead (Kalorn did hit it really hard) and if it's possible to move after. Would it be dex or athletic check?

Worse case scenario he can blast foes from up there, but he's better up close.

Dc 12 Dex or fall prone taking [roll0] damage. If you make it it's difficult terrain. You'll have to roll each time you move until you're down on the flat white surface.

Okay, so if Sesto can make a dc12 strength (athletics) check, he will be pulled out of the water by the board. He will provoke an attack from the whale, though. At least it can't use that attack to knock him down again. This will take his movement, but not his action. If he fails that, though, he's going to need to make a separate dc14 athletics check to find the surface so he can take a breath (the impact of the whale knocked the wind out of him) or he'll take a level of exhaustion. The board will fly over to Lorenn, either way.

Primus can get him out next round if he can’t get himself out. It’ll use his action, and some Power Points, but it’s something. Last resort, sort of deal.
