I still have Lunn's HP at 8, but I think we agreed above that there was probably a short rest that @Neurotic missed rolling HD for. So if you post some HD rolls, I'll just add 'em to Lunn's current HP.

So, I've been thinking about how I post technical stuff (like rolls and the like) and how long it takes me cut-n-pasting, moving between screens, etc. I'm going to try to streamline my workload. It'll be a work in progress, but two things are likely to occur: 1) My "style" will be less consistent; 2) I might not post my rolls, and you'll just have to trust me on it when I say how much damage you take or if my monster made its save. I figure after all this time, we've built enough trust for that. It's not like I expect any of you are "auditing" my work very often.

Any objections? I need to speed myself up. I rolled the round in two of my games yesterday and spent something like 3 hours on my laptop (I may have been involved in a few discussions too, so it probably wasn't ALL running the game!) But either way... I gotta find a way to speed things up. One way may be to roll real dice. We shall see.

It’s fine. Sometimes there might be math mistakes or whatever but, things will swing both ways and even out in the end. Posting rolls is annoying and I’m actually not used to seeing dm rolls anyways.

To create your ‘next round’ post, do you just reply to the post from your previous round? That’s an easy way to ‘copy/paste’ and then just edit the pertinent details.

Whatever makes it best for you. I am always grateful for what you do here.

Yeah, that's true. I just got used to doing it here. I know some people liked it for clarity, but it's got too many moving parts. I've got it down to a science, but one thing that I'm hoping to achieve by changing how I do it is simply to make the task FEEL less daunting - that way I'm more likely to do it quickly off-the-cuff when I have a moment, rather than waiting for a good long sit-down.

No, I have those posts saved in a text file where I keep the rest of my notes.

Hmm. I'll take a look at it, but I think that part works well the way I'm doing it.
