(OOC) The Dog Days of Doom

Hey @TaranTheWanderer,

Max should be at E15 at the bottom of the stairs. see my post #407
Also, I'll roleplay the fiendish vigor invocation (12 temp hp) as the wounds heal themselves. Let me know if this is a problem.
CHeers,

Whoops, sorry. I knew this but forgot to move him before I took the screenshot.

Does the invocation require an action? Because you still have an action because you were forced to stop and Not reach the beacon

Hey, thanks for catching that. Yep, it’s an action, I’ll add his action ic for this round. He’ll cast it again.
Cheers

Gotcha. Well, it was cool anyways! Want us to edit our posts? Kind of the same result, other then the skeleton would already be dead, so Caer could either target the other skeleton or do a different action.

@Snarf Zagyg I was hoping you will finish that S6 so we can move up and help Benny and Ansom light the light. It would help everyone more than having one off Dreidre

Also, since I have to kill that one now, I cannot even choose to help Stratus and let you go up and help without getting OAd.

I'll kill it if I hit and move up counting on another parry to protect Benny or Ansom (need to check the map)

@Snarf Zagyg @Lidgar forced movement does not provide attacks of opportunity. Unless 2024 rules changed it.

That bard spell that makes people run away does provoke but only because they are moving on their own

Also, skellies are AC 13 so Deidre’s first attack hit.

Ugh. Just saw this, and as soon as I did, I facepalmed. Sorry. I'd like to tell you what I was thinking when I posted that, but clearly I just wasn't thinking.

(FWIW, the only difference with 5e24 opportunity attacks is ... and it's a weird one ... they now apply to allies. Which means that for certain use cases, you can "opportunity attack" with a healing spell when an ally moves out of your area. But it definitely does not apply to forced movement.)

@TaranTheWanderer

Trying to remember- I can't do it this round, but can Caer use Druidcraft to reduce the lighting time of the Brazier by one round? Druidcraft is an action, but that might be worth it next round if that's the case. Or did I miss someone else already doing something similar?
