Just chime in anyone who's planning to - I'm actually on the fence on this one now for a couple reasons....

Did anyone contact Great Escape to confirm availability?

I'm still interested if we can get organized by Saturday afternoon. And Great Escape has no scheduled events Sunday, so we should be okay.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if I'll be able to attend on Sunday.

Maybe we should reschedule for a later date, that way all those people who couldn't make it for football-related reasons now could?

And hopefully I'll manage to get a ride this time...

I'm about 2 hours from Sacto. A couple of the the last few posts seem to me that our NorCal Game Day tomorrow isn't going to happen. Figured I'd check back here and get a time and directions to the event (traveling north on 99) and it's starting to look like I'm going to be disappointed. I know I live in an RPG desert. Is all of Northern California an RPG desert? Is our ENWorlder gathering still on? I certainly hope so and if so, I do need a meeting time and those directions.

Reality check: Nope. No DM, no players, no gathering. We'll try rescheduling.

I think that's a good call, and shold try a reschedule, and see if anybody's interested in getting together for a meet-and-greet and gaming.

I'm going to be going into work anyway, and Great Escape is on the way, but in retrospect, Super Bowl Sunday might not be the best try at a gathering.
Kinda limits the participants to people who don't follow/care about football, and people who don't have SO's/family/friends that follow/care about football...

For me, the only two days that really work in February are the 2nd (mentioned above) and the 23rd. Oh, and maybe the 29th, but I'm not too sure about that one...
