the street fighter is also proficient with the buckler and the buckler does not interfere with the street fighter's class abilities

dex- tumble, balance, hide, move silently, open lock, escape artist, use rope
con- concentration
int- Knowledge (monsters/street wise/fighting styles/history/nature/geography), search, appraise
wis- Intuit direction, profession, spot, listen , heal , sense motive
cha- bluff, intimidate, diplomacy, perform, iaijustu focus, gather information

acrobatics- apply this number as a competence bonus to all balance, jump, climb, and tumble checks
Fast movement- as barbarian
unarmed strike- as monk but using standard bab and the listed damage
leap of the clouds- as monk
evasion, improved evasion- as rogue
defense bonus - at first level and up the street fighter adds his/her int mod to ac as a dodge bonus
and adds the listed value to that dodge bonus according to level (this is similar to the monks wisdom bonus to ac)
Ki strike- as the monk but with the listed levels and values

A street fighter is normally a poor urchin that heard the tales of monks tearing down door with a single punch, or leaping over castles. But instead of learning how to fight in a monastary , they learned to use their bodies for less enlightened purposes. They can probably knock a normal monk senseless in a stand up fight but a monk who fights smart using his mobility and abilities will probably win.
