D&D 5E Xanathar's Guide to Everything: What subclasses made the cut?

I was pretty disappointed that the Monster hunter did not make the cut. I know there is the monster slayer, but something about the monster hunter fighter is just more appealing. Made a Half-elf who used the tavern brawler feat so he could use chained hooks like a whip and then grapple them as a bonus action or use 10 ft reach against tougher opponents. Monster slayer encourages you to go more of a DEX build.

A pretty diverse selection but they can be organized by themes.

Feywild: College of Glamour, Circle of Dreams, Circle of Shepherds.

Horizon Walker could fit in with any planar theme, but because ranger can take fey summoning spells fits with the feywild best.
