Yikes. Dragons really are pretty dangerous with their breath weapon, aren't they? I hope some of you make that save., or this could go pretty badly. Sorry about the Kobolds, Prickly! I think they're all gone no matter what!

It's why Kalorn requested elemental protection spells for the party- I don't know if those still exist (as a group spell) in 5e... oh wow it's only on one person! (Kalorn can protect himself, but not others).

I think Loklafd might be a goner, poor fellow. I really like that guy. Maybe we can save him? This might be a good time to do a Healing Potion Audit. Anyone know what we've got?

Kalorn has a sack of them - 6 to be exact.

edit: just the basic, 50 gp sold in the market each, not the more potent kind.

I have one ability: Memory of One Thousand Steps
At 3rd level, you gain the ability to use psionics to recall your steps. As a reaction when you are hit by an attack, you can teleport to an unoccupied space that you occupied since the start of your last turn, and the attack misses you. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

I can only use it once, but I don't know if this counts, since it's a failed save (I rolled a 12.) This isn't the same as the Defensive Step ability that lets me increase my AC by 4, possibly making the attack miss and teleporting. This is just "hit by an attack, you teleport and the attack misses" once per short or long rest. Up to you if I can use this here.

If I can't use this, then I've got a reactive Elemental Resistance ability that'll cut the damage in half. I just need to know which one I can use before I can post. Obviously the first one negates all damage, so is better, but it's your call.

You aren't "hit by an attack'. I'm afraid that's a very specific thing in 5e, with an attack roll involved. It's one of the ways they balance the powers. So in this case, throw up the Resistance, for sure.
