There are a lot of feat bonuses, yes. Expertise is a feat bonus as well, but it applies to all attacks. It does make a lot of the conditional ones obsolete, or at least less impactful.

Yes, if it gives you a bonus through a feat, it is considered a "feat" bonus, and the "bonuses of the same type do not stack" rule applies.
YepSo, the expertise feats are untyped bonuses that do not stack with themselves? So they'll stack with anything ELSE?
