The ghoul-witch screams something else in her strange language. The screaming becomes reality to Castile, and she walks around the pillar and slams her axe into Noriaki. Fortunately, Kane’s magic absorbs most of the blow.

Kane's eye's gleam with determination. He twists his blade driving his power deeper into her mind, intent on shattering her will ... He crashes against a mental wall of steel. With a frustrated growl Kane moves away with a taunt. "If you want to free your mind from me witch, you'll have to come and get me."

Castile rounds the pillar and slams her axe into the witch, not even stopping to apologize to Noriaki. There will be time for that after the battle.
