GM: Moving Petron to J10 would put a wall between him and the tiefling, so I am going to assume you didn't realize there was a wall there and that Petron will remain where he is. I'll probably make the tokens a bit smaller in the future so that they don't take up so much space in their squares.

"I'll outlast you!" the tiefling cries, "I'll outlast all of you!" He swings his weapon at Petron in clear frustration. His anger seems to fuel his swing (AC 23) and his sword cuts deep through Petron's armor causing a terrible wound (16 dmg).

GM: Begin player phase 10. Petron bloodied (17) and marked by fury2 until end of player phase 11. Lia marked by fury2 until end of player phase 10.

OOC: I was in San Jose a week longer than originally planned, but I'm back home now. Unless another enemy appears, the tiefling marking us is kind of pointless. There's no one else to attack. On the other hand, if you're autopiloting Petron, remember to mark the tiefling; he might attack someone else, and the -2 could very well matter. Also, he gets a free MBA on a marked opponent that shifts.

"We'll see about that." Lia says, then methodically fires another pair of arrows at the tiefling. But neither flies true.[sblock=actions]standard:twin strike again[/sblock]

Seeing that his friend has a great wound in his body,Krawlinstar calls once more the help of Pelor to heal the injured Fighter.after he helps his friend,he trys another attack on the tiefling,again without success.

"T'was but a scratch." Petron says when Kwal heals him, but doesn't try and stop him. Instead he tries yet again to hit the tiefling with his battle axe. Even if it wasn't the prettiest swing of an axe, it did get through some of the man's defenses.[sblock=actions]heals 13 from Healing Word, so now only down 4.

GM: wolfattack remember to add +3 (your wis mod) to your healing word.

Lia's shots fly wide, one getting near the tiefling but not near enough. Another whizzes by Petron's head. She can only vow to do better next time.

Krawlinstar's healing word brings welcome healing magics to bear on Petron's terrible wound. Blood stops gushing from the sword slash and is healed up to the point where it is only a mere scratch (1 dmg remaining). Krawlinstar feels a surge of holy power and uses it to invoke a lance called forth from pure faith to strike the tiefling, but the tiefling's reflexes are too skillful and he avoids the bright blast of divine energy.

Erik's bolt of arcane energy flies out and strikes the tiefling square. The tiefling reels from the strike and fixates on Erik. Something has clearly come into his head.

Petron grabs the tielfings' attention with a nasty swing however. Ignoring this deadly threat, the tiefling, bloodied and wounded and having nowhere to run sets his eyes on Erik, whose magic missiles have made his life quite difficult over the last minute. "Rawr!" he screams, "I will end your life, wizard! Blast you and your magic!"

The tiefling throws caution to the wind, running past Krawlinstar and Petron to try to strike at Erik. Petron swings as he dashes past, swiping his axe narrowly across the tiefling's chest, but just barely missing (AC 20). The tiefling moves out into the middle of the office room (N8) then charges Erik with full fury. It's purely a vice strike, as the battle seems to have turned wholly against the tiefling, but he drives his sword into Erik's flesh, creating a bloody wound (AC 27; 12 damage).

GM: Tiefling marked by Petron until end of player phase 11. Petron damage (1). Erik bloodied (12).
