Love the pictures.

The one that went furthest from my own imagining was Jovol. I pictured him as a slightly pudgy blue ogre magi. Maybe a bit nerdy. Not the well muscled version pictured here.

I believe later in the story he gets 'cherryfied'

Odd, because of his "shapeshifting", I kept thinking he was a Transmuter. Which actually reminds me of an old D&D-related joke: "I'm a Transmuter. I can turn anything into anything else."

And yeah, Cherry does something to him and he gives Sonneillon what IIRC is the Flame Precedes the Aeon spell.
