Heart of Artifice Temporary--Kharas Alone

[Rystil Arden]

"Well, I don't know...I think that Sparks are different. Special. And some Sparks are stronger than others and can build things much faster--like the Baron. Is that true for Artificers too, or do they all take about the same amount of time, like a normal craftsman?"

*Liliara reaches over to the bird construct and pets its mithral feathers. It coos and flies onto her arm, singing a cheerful bird song, as Liliara laughs delightedly.*

"It's beautiful...thank you Kharas!"

 

[Velmont]

"Oh, some have build marvelous work. I've heard of flying castle. Some pretty ferasome warmachine too, but all that takes some time, most liekly more than your Spark, but as I told, I think the Thelanium have something to do in it. I think it is acting on an artificer just like on your food, it brings the best of it and even more." tells Kharas.

Kharas starts to think of many items that could be inetersting to test but he suddenly think that his actual fortune is pretty limited, as gold have little value.

"Just too bad I'm that poor... I would like to try many things, but I don,t have the ressources. I'll need to talk to teh Baron tomorrow about it."

 

[Rystil Arden]

"Oh, okay. But I thought we already knew that Sparks were faster than these artificers. I meant that some Sparks are much faster than other Sparks. Is it like that with Artificers also where they vary vastly in making things? I don't know...I don't really know that much about Sparks myself, really, so I'm probably not even a good person with whom to talk on this. I'm sorry."

"Just too bad I'm that poor... I would like to try many things, but I don,t have the ressources. I'll need to talk to teh Baron tomorrow about it."

"Hey, cheer up, Kharas! You're a Spark! That's so cool--you could easily use your talent to make lots of money."

 

[Velmont]

"Probably I could do that." tells Kharas. "I'll have to speak with teh Baron about that too. But if I want to make money, I would need to stay here, and I have to find those kids and go back to my world. And as I don't know how I came here, I doubt I will be able to come back." tells Kharas.

"I think I'll go take a nap." Kharas tells good night to Liliara and go to sleep. He then prepare to go visit the Baron.

 

[Rystil Arden]

"Probably I could do that." tells Kharas. "I'll have to speak with teh Baron about that too. But if I want to make money, I would need to stay here, and I have to find those kids and go back to my world. And as I don't know how I came here, I doubt I will be able to come back."

"Oh...so you're leaving Spiras and never coming back? What is your world like, Kharas? I bet it's an amazing place...I guess it's much more exciting than here."

"I think I'll go take a nap."

"Oh...good night then Kharas. Sleep well."

*Kharas heads off to his room and gets a very early sleep, and thus he is awake bright and early the next day, well before tea time.*

 

[Velmont]

"Yes, pretty fine." tells Kharas. "So, how is going your bird? Is it working well? You like it?" asks Kharas. "I'm hungry. I'll take some of your excellent food. What do you have this morning?"

 

[Rystil Arden]

(OOC: Technically the 'good night then Kharas. Sleep well.' was from before he slept, not in the morning. I'll just assume he found Liliara again though)

"It's very beautiful Kharas--I love it! Oh, breakfast. I was thinking jhamberry flapjacks with maple syrup. Sound good?"

 

[Velmont]

"Yes. I,ll go take a bath before eating." Kharas do so and come back to eat. "I have a meeting with teh Baron, is there any protocol I should be aware to nto offence him?"

 

[Rystil Arden]

"The Baron? Wow, you must be someone really important--I've never met the Baron before, but they say that he's the most powerful Spark in all of Spiras, and that he's dashingly handsome! I guess I would just treat him like you would treat a ruler back in your lands."

 

[Velmont]

"Fine. It's just to be sure... I think the Baron have accepted my visit just because I am a dwarf and obviously a starnger. I just hope he will welcome me and be able to help me." tells Kharas.
