This is fair for an abnormality.

I think Krusty...mayhaps you should come up with a PDF booklet devoted to abnormalities (via the abnormality divine ability). Just for giggles.

I don't mind dante (or anyone) asking questions or giving hints or ideas as to what they would like to see...as long as they don't specify when they expect to see it.

I think I am wise enough to know how much time I should spend on the forums/website, although to look at my progress you probably wouldn't think it.

I know you don't mind the posts, but it's the intention that gets to m. It's as if [certain people] don't think you have enough on your plate. It's pretty much, in my opinion, inconsiderate/rude to keep trying to emphatically put more things on the roster, like revision booklets and side-projects, when the main body of the work is undergoing its 15th-update due to you not having enough time to get the thing done.

That's pretty much all we have to go on. When 10+ days worth of update (delayed because of [whatever]) only looks like the delayed number of days' worth of work (in the case of the last update, and several before it), the gleefully sycophantic shout-outs that threaten to detract from that progress begin to frustrate even more than the standing delays.

Besides Krusty is right...he is an intelligent and capable adult that can decide for himself whether or not people's requests are worthwhile or not.

Requests are simply that...requests...not demands.

So...down boy. Reign in those fangs and let the man do what he does best...create.

I ordered ascension and have to wait for updates too, Im just being considerate enough to think that maybe he might like an occasional break from it and a change of pace.

It isnt like a booklet on abnormalities would take that long, nor is it unlikely that people would pay for such a thing.

I find that most gamers love customizations and abnormalities are a fine way of customizing characters without making them exceedingly powerful.

If you are having frustrations perhaps you shouldnt have invested in a project before it was completed. Everyone involved knew it would not be completed instantaneously and that fine craftsmanship takes time.

Your impatience is a little more than condescending to those who like expressing themselves by coming up with new ideas.

If people stopped requesting things, nothing you enjoy in life would ever have been created in the first place. So let the requests roll in...they make life more varied and fun.

Oh...and please read your posts thoroughly before getting defensive...if you don't like the responses to your posts...don't post things that are so derogatory or negative.

Wow, way to take things out of context. Can't say I'm surprised, though. In fact, I don't think I've been defensive. I've been on the offensive, namely striking at sycophantic posts like yours. The way I see it is this: this IHB phenomenon has created three different types of attention - indifferent (the types of posters who post here and there but never really go to any extreme, in either sycophancy or nagging), the sycophants (like you, people who have to use mouthwash after every post), and naggers (people who try to crack the whip on UK since Anabstercorian stopped doing it). I'm a nagger, but at least I know it and I hope UK understands that my vociferousness is only an attempt to earnestly but harmlessly spur him into finishing the text before he earns a (more) negative reputation. You're a sycophant, and I don't think you understand that fact.

Insofar as you giving UK "breaks", how about he finishes the text first? Then he can take as long a break as he wants. Like I said, it's 15 updates now. 15. That's beyond reason now, and inspiring little ideas yours may be, they only serve to detract from the overall progress if any serious attention is payed to them before Ascension is finished... which, at this rate, won't be until June.

I'm done here; I'm not interested in clogging this thread any more than we have and EN World has limited P2P message options.
