Ye, had hoped for some really important finished divine abilities (like Time Stealer, Spell Block, Two-Dimensional, Seventh Sense) :(

Well, seems I have to wait some 10 days more, sorry for sounding disappointed.

Thats okay mate, I am the one who should be apologising.

But the next update will be a big one. ;)

Hey Servitor mate! :)

In the epic feats you have #27 between 89 and 90, and no 88.

Fixing those bloody numbers for the updates has been the bane of my life, so I just decided I am not going to fix them anymore until I have all the powers in and finished.

In (Weapon Type) Deprecation you describe masterwork weapons as granting +1 to attack and damage. I am quite sure that being masterwork only grants +1 to attack.

I'll have to double check that - thanks dude.

Yo U-K
Perfect Attack would be similar to the Unering Weapon ability.
So it's no longer a +25 price market modifuer but rather +200!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it's huge!
Wuth you're new system , what will be the CR of Dabbat and tetragrammaton , roughly on thousands?

There is an important difference: Perfect Attack applies to ANY attack roll you make. (Like when firing ye old Atomic Ray) While Unerring gives one specific weapon the ability to never miss without affecting other attack rolls.
And I threw together a Highlord (Duad) this morning; ECL ~4001. Quite deadly too. It would Great Cleave Neutronium Golem Cavaliers riding Great Wyrm Nexus Dragons with ease. (Assuming it didn't just obliterate them with a Barrage of Perfect [Telluric] [Writhing] Rays :))

Could you submit it to the wiki? *bambi eyes*

Anyway, question for U_K. Would you peg a theoretical "Superior Natural Attack" (overlaps Improved Natural Attack, named natural weapon deals damage two size categories higher) ability as an epic feat, or a divine ability?

Heh, I sorta just got the idea the night before. Insomnia + Urge to Powergame = Death Squared. It wasn't a very serious thing, I just wanted to see the full power of an entity of that magnatude. The concept was innitially that of the Monty Python rabbit, but in the end it had a Telekinetically controlled 12-Dimentional-Sword* and the power to annihilate, ummm, everything.
I think I will write up another (Seeing as how the wiki could use it) Highlord or something and post it. Another Duad or Triad maybe. Maybe only one item. (For simplicity and sanity) Perhaps something along the lines of a Spectral who, After defeating the being it mirrored and opposed, escaped into the lower dimentions (weakening it's connection to the higher dimentions, weakening it greatly) and now seeks to hunt down and "oppose" the gods. You can guess the the kinds of powers it will take.
If I finish (with my sanity intact) I'll keep the writeup simple, with few powers and modifiers. (The other one gets a gazillion bonuses that scale each round and with different opponents, and it uses the virtual size rules to the extreme.)
EDIT: * - No, I don't know what a 12 Dimention Sword would do, that was just the little flavor blurb I used in the short writeup. In order to save sanity, I just gave him a sword with an Infinite Enhancement Bonus and Infinite Reach.

After reading through the latest version, I have a few suggestions which might add to the IH:A's Awesome if implemented:

Blood abilities (Goetic Blood, Firey Blood, nonsensical Antimatter Blood, et cetera) don't currently require the user of the ability to actually have any blood. Is it your intention to allow bloodless creatures (all Constructs, most Undead, some Abberrations) to take this ability? I'm not seeing how an Akalich can bleed over people, or suchlike.

Force Field seems underpowered. As it stands it gives the equivalent of 50 hitpoints and Fast Healing 1 for 1 Divine Ability. One could buy Multifaceted and take Fast Healing 3 times and Epic Toughness 3 times to get 90 Hitpoints and Fast Healing 9 instead, which is much better. Rather than simply giving the shield more HP and regeneration, some explicit benefit to having such a shield running might balance out the ability. I can imagine that being shielded would benefit one's concentration (since being hit on the shield doesn't hurt), or protect against effects that require touch (because touch attacks touch the shield, not the user's body), or something like that. As it it written I don't see anyone taking it.

Something about life expectancy might make the rules for the breakdown of levels of Clerics in a religion more reflective of reality. At 1000XP per year is it unlikely that an NPC human will get past 12th-13th level before they die. Capping the effective age of the religion at the life expectancy of the population from which it draws, rendering all Clerics above that level 'Adventuring' Clerics would fix this. It also has the effect of making higher level characters much rarer in the general population (Epic characters make up about 0.00025% of the population, or something in that region.), and making longer lived species significantly more powerful by raising the level of the majority of the population. While both of these things make more sense, I'm not sure how they work from a game balance perspective (If a player wants to take his followers to war).

Finally: Perfect Atomic Gaze = Nuclear Eyebeams. Best. Power. Ever.

EDIT: How does one decide what a creature's greatest ability is (concerning Abrogate)? Is it most useful (Metamagic Freedom may only be an Epic Feat, but losing it is more of a bother to a high level spellcaster than losing a cosmic ability, because it vastly limits their ability to deal damage. Similar things happen with Improved Unarmed Strike for Monks (without IUS, Monks are useless, even if they had an array of Awesome Cosmic Powers, because IUS is a prerequisite for almost everything they can do), or Wield Oversized Weapon for people without a backup weapon they are capable of wielding normally), most expensive, user's choice, or some other criterion?

Not all constructs are without blood, dont forget the flesh golem. Not to mention the fact that blood need not be organic, it could be oil or whatnot. Blood abilities make perfect sense with all the monsters there are that spew horridness from their artificial or natural veins.

Love the Iron Body, Adamantine Body, Orichalcum Body, Neutronium Body ideas. How do those work?

Force Field is fine as is, though I would rule that as long as it is in effect touch attacks dont work on the person with the force field.
