Ancalagon, No, I didn't include Disciple of Life. That would be an extra 5 HP healing but... it wouldn't matter in this case. Lorenn is fully healed.
There is another question though, and I struggle with it. Blessed Healer... when Sesto casts a healing spell, Sesto gains HP equal to 2+spell level. In this case it would be 5 HP. But the spell causes damage and then Sesto heals himself??? @
FitzTheRuke, how do you rule? Did Sesto lose 20 HP or just 15 HP?
[sblock=From PHB p60 and XGTE p160]
DISCIPLE OF LIFE
Also starting at 1st level, your healing spells are more effective. Whenever you use a spell of 1st level or higher to restore hit points to a creature, the creature regains additional hit points equal to 2 + the spell's level.
BLESSED HEALER
Beginning at 6th level, the healing spells you cast on others heal you as well. When you cast a spell of 1st level or higher that restores hit points to a creature other than you, you regain hit points equal to 2 + the spell's level.
LIFE TRANSFERENCE
3rd-level necromancy
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 30 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: Instantaneous
You sacrifice some of your health to mend another creature's injuries. You take 4d8 necrotic damage, and one creature of your choice that you can see within range regains a number of hit points equal to twice the necrotic damage you take.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 3rd.
