If he uses it. It's an extremely strong gish spell. You have advantage vs others, they have disadvantage vs you, and if they hit you, they take 2d8 dmg....

You need at least darkvision to see through it I suppose.

Not necessarily. You can see out of darkness, just not into it.

I just looked back at my attack rolls, and the 22's were the first roll of each one.

Anyone have trouble seeing my maps? I've discovered in another game that some of the players might be having trouble getting them to open big enough to be useful. I work hard on them, and I'd hate to be wasting our time and efforts with them.

Same here. It’s sometimes hard to distinguish who’s who, especially with the dark tokens but it’s not a big problem.
