Crothian

First Post
Funny little love show again. Just figured I'd start this one since the other one was a little long and hard to follow.

witty quote: "Now, Buffy, get off the boy."

Dawn falls in love with star football quarterback. Turns out there's a spell on his letterman jacket. Spell effects Buffy, Anya, and Willow as well. Very funny stuff, some good 70's throw back mucic as well.

There were some really painfull parts, for me at least.

No spoiler free zone! This is a thread about the 11/05 Buffy! If you've not seen it, turn back now! The remainder of the thread is tainted!

There.

The rocket-launcher scene had me and my girlfriend rolling on the floor. How wonderful! I thought the episode started pretty slow, but the second half, complete with cheesy seventies music, was fantastic.

Welverin, when you say painful, are you talking about the scene in which Dawn tries to chat up RJ for the first time? That was cringeworthy, definitely -- there are periods of my life I'm happy suppressing, thankyouverymuch.

That's what made it so good, I can so empathize with her.

That was good as was the arguing between the women over who loved AJ, or is it Rj, more. Then there was when the gang got to the railroad tracks and Buffy started arguing with Willow and Xander rather flatly said "Uh, girls."

I agree with all of that, even the name (though I usually just go with Dan). Luckily given time I just forget everything, so about a week.

Completely unrelated:
24 is good so far this season. Hack saw, he he.

Xander: OK, you remember the plan?
Spike: Yeah, I think I got it.

(They run through and grab the jacket. RJ has a surprised look on his face. Xander and Spike run off.)

I was so happy for Xander when he visited that guy that used to pick on him, who still lives with his mom and has a big gut. Hah. He had such an inferiority complex for a long time, I hope he knows now he's doing well.

And Xander has a vocabulary. Where did that come from? I really fear for his life now that things are goind so good for him. No one stays happy on Buffy for too long.
