Jain Hadlin, trying to work it out
Well, ther's a bloody surprise. I didn't think I'd live to see the day.....
"Look, Shalimar there are some things you need to understand. First off, your worried, well I can understand that, ever since I ran into you in Aringill, I have done nothing but worry!Worry about you forgiving my rudeness there and now here, worry that something happened to your family back in Shienar, worry about the people of Caemlyn, worry about how you would react to what happened in Cairhien, worry about my new friends and thier tendancy to run into bad situations. As though that weren't enough, now I have to worry about inadvertantly offending, you, Tomas, and Sersei. I even, once in great while, after all those other things, get worry about whats going to become of me. You are my friend, some of my best memories are of the time spent with you and your family, but it gets harder and harder to deal with you. Do you have any idea what it was like when you hit me, do you. Do you know how hard it is to do nothing, for anyone else i'm not sure it'd be worth it. I'm sorry if I'm being selfish, and if it's blinded me to what ever, pain or worry is cuasing you to behave like you have been, I'm soory for that too. I just don't see why you won't just talk to me if some thing is bothering you."
Jains face is beet red, and his wisper is close to being a snarl. he's practically shacking with anger and frustration.
"Do I forgive you? .........Yes, you don't make it easy, but yes I will forgive you."
Jain backs up Straitens up and takes a big breath, calming himself.
He then turns and heads back into the ally drawing his daggers as he goes.
"You're ablsolutly right, Ashrem, I'm sorry. It's just hard sometimes..."
