Suzail
Buildings of Suzail
Suzail's buildings range from the lowliest shanty to the mighty royal palace. Some buildings stand apart from one another, while others crowd shoulder to shoulder along Suzail's busy streets. Buildings change owners, are named and renamed, are expanded and torn down, are divided, subdivided, and linked by means of cellars and (rarely) bridges, and sometimes destroyed by magic and mishap.
Adventurers have recovered the deeds to buildings located in Suzail among found treasure, and so become surprise property owners with all the responsibilities and opportunities (think: Bastions) that ownership entails.
The following is less a guide and more a simple list of building names. I hope to provide more detail (and even images of city blocks) as time permits.
The Caskhouse, Dragonhaven, The Dump, The Goose of Doom, The High Tankard, Jonstan’s Elbow,
Montalar's Happy House, The Witch Duke’s Bride...

Every Cormyrean noble family maintains a residence within Suzail. On average, one may expect at least one member of each noble family and one or more of their servants and retainers to be present in the city at any given time: Please see
The Nobility of Cormyr for a least of noble family surnames.
Guilds of Suzail
To be a member of a High Guild is to work for an organization formally recognized by the Crown of
Cormyr. A royal charter binds High Guilds to the Crown, with all the heraldry, badges, yearly membership fees, guild bylaws, edicts, and colored wax seals one might expect.
Even with the Crown's approval, the reach of the High Guilds is limited to Suzail, all the lands north of Suzail as far as
Hilp, and east as far as the walls of Marsember.
Brewers and Cheesemakers Guild (disbanded 1472); Guild of Carpenters and Joiners; Guild of Coachlars, Carriers, Waymen and Locksters; Guild of Naturalists; Guild of Weavers and Coopers; Roofers, Thatchers and Glaziers Guild; Sculptors and Masons Guild; Seafarers Guild; Tanners and Leatherers Guild; Truebreeds Guild; Vintners and Falconers Guild.
