  • "Archaels" are a kind of dollhouse found in Cormyr among nobles and high-coin folk.

A typical archael consists of three rooms linked together, with one side open. They are made to be populated by small dress up dolls that stand in for wealthy persons (noble or non-noble) and royalty.

Cormyrean women known for setting fashion trends found their lives mirrored in the clothing worn by the dolls.

The exterior of an archael is whimsical by design.
