So, since Phar goes at the top of initiative, I'm simply going to say he's going to use the ready action to either cast a spell or fire his +1 elvencraft longbow once he can see the ghast.

Both Phar and Quinn did damage this round for a total of 14. Maur successfully removed the Desecrate spell from the altar. The magical darkness remains in effect, however.

I plan on living forever. Or die trying.
And when he hammers something, it stays hammered :) Our damage would drop normal ghoul or ghast, but this thing stinks (get it :p) of named/leveled opponent :D

@JustinCase, is Caerth wearing the wild rhino hide taken from the wererat assassin or is he still wearing his +1 hide armor? If the former, you might want to update his Armor Class. He has had time to clean it.

Hmm, I guess I never got around to changing that armor. So yes, I assume Caerth is wearing that wild rhino hide!

What are its specifics? I know it's not in the PHB so I don't know where to find it.
