I'm not sure how much XP I'm going to hand out for getting the doors open. Part of me thinks it should be at least 500 to 1,000 XP each. I might just split the difference and say each PC (and Aureus) gets 750 XP for getting the doors open.

Quinn recognizes the mural on the ceiling as being the Chara Coast, without any sort of check, due to it being of his homeland. He doesn't recognize every place noted on the map, however.

To recognize the mural as a map of the Chara Coast, other characters must make a DC 15 Knowledge (geography) check. To know the more obscure places noted on the map requires the character to beat DC 25 on the check.

@Knightfall Question: Do you need some kind of special talent to find traps? Is this a rogue ability? I forget the difference between 5e and 3.5 other than the fact you need ranks in certain skills to do stuff. I ask because Phar is quite good at searching so could he, potentially find traps?

Would I be able to aid on search checks to find traps?

From the SRD:
While anyone can use Search to find a trap whose DC is 20 or lower, only a rogue can use Search to locate traps with higher DCs. (Exception: The spell find traps temporarily enables a cleric to use the Search skill as if he were a rogue.)

A dwarf, even one who is not a rogue, can use the Search skill to find a difficult trap (one with a DC higher than 20) if the trap is built into or out of stone. He gains a +2 racial bonus on the Search check from his stonecunning ability.
