I'm personally pretty enthusiastic about the Pegasus/Resurection Ship midseason cliffhanger. "The Living Legend" was probably the most famous and most fan-loved episode of original BSG, so it will be interesting to see how they do it in new BSG.
In the year and a half of New BSG, they've now gone through most of the larger plot elements of original BSG:
The Cylon Holocaust & Fleeing the Colonies
Smashing a Cylon fortress for a major victory
Discovering the location of Earth
Rediscovering the Battlestar Pegasus
The only thing they haven't done is the whole Count Iblis/Beings of Light plotline, (well, and Baltar becoming a commander for the Cy), and while new BSG has some very religious overtones, literally having the devil himself and angels fighting over the Galactica is a little Over the Top for new BSG it seems. By original BSG progression, the next thing they really did was find Earth (The abysmal "Galactica 1980" show that even Glen Larson likes to pretend never happened).

While I liked this episode this bothered me. If you can interact with computers it should be easier to tell who is a cylon and who is not. There has to be something biological they can look for that humans don't have that doesn't require an all day blood test. An x-ray, MRI, CAT scan. Grrrrrrr.
There may well be some giveaway that could show up, but they don't know what to look for. Also, Cylon tech appears to be superior to Colonial tech in virtually every way, the Humano-cylons may well be designed to specifically foil normal Colonial medical technology, with biomechanical elements which appear normal to scanners. They do have technology that can tell a difference, it's just that since Baltar lied when he got a positive reading, nobody believes it anymore.
