Battlestar Galactica: Season 2 Part 9; NSCR/9.16.2005

Yeah, I know about the break (as I mentioned in my post) but SFC is calling it the season finale. I was asking if anyone has heard news to contrary to what you and I know to be true.

BO - Yeah, it sucks that we have to wait for January. It will be worse when we see whatever cliffhanger they have in store for us. Feels like Farscape all over again. That's a huge compliment... :)
I really hate that sci fi calls these things season finales, but they always do that. I guess season finale sounds better than summer half of the season finale, but still.

The long breaks are smart though. They don't have to compete with the network shows during late spring/summer or mid winter.

(From TV Guide)It's not easy getting friends to accept that you're in love with an android, especially if she hails from the same race of machines that annihilated your civilization. Just ask Helo, whose relationship with the pregnant Cylon Boomer has left him ostracized by his Galactica shipmates. Coincidentally, Boomer's old boyfriend, Tyrol, struggles with a mechanical problem of his own when he is ordered to create a Viper fighter from scratch.
I call BS on the TV Guide blurb. In fact, it was good precisely because he wasn't ordered (or even asked) to do it.

I don't think the original boomer showed her true colors ... well sort of not at least. She looked like she was competely bugging out from finding out she just wiped out hundreds(?) of herself.

I think he means the ending of season 1, when
Boomer encounter dozens of other Boomers aboard a Cylon mothership, nukes the ship, returns to Galactica, and shoots Adama.

If james t kirk is best suited to be a captain of a star ship. Tigh is best suited to be an XO. Always. Tigh is great character and I hope he does not change in a major way. Maybe lighten up to a few individuals only. And notice how the actor paused while playing with the booze. Weighing his dependence on the sauce vs the need of his crew to get parts.

I like Tigh, he's so screwed up that he is interesting to watch.

Once again I must state that I pray that Boomer doesn't become 6 of 3556894. If in the end they all think she is the Good Cylon then it's revealed that is all part of the Cylon plan to screw them up/manipulate them I'll be happy.
