On a side note, does it seem that they use the log/voice overs a lot less in Enterprise than they did with all previous series?

I hope they'll start tying together this story arc. It's supposed to be just for the season, right? Or is this for the rest of the series?

oooh and a new angel tonight ... (wolf checks to make sure there is ...) it is! it is!!

woo hoo! ... out of nothing-good-to-watch-on-tv-hell !!!

at least until the summer ...

oh well, maybe hell will freeze over (lord knows upstate NY has) and Firefly will come back.

I don't recall it being stated one way or the other.

I haven't become an Angel fan yet (caught it a couple of times), though I didn't start on Buffy until season five was already in full swing and I had a blast catching up with all of the old episodes in reruns. Firefly would be a welcome addition back to television, by all accounts I have read, though I must admit I only managed to catch a couple of episodes of that also.

It seems to me that they are close enough to finding the weapon and should be able to wrap things up this season. I had heard that they were trmming a couple of episodes off the length of the season, just enough to be eligible for syndication, which doesn't bode well for the future of the franchise. As much as I hate to admit it, we may get no more ST on TV after this year.

Maybe we can get back to my Survivor-esque idea for an ST series (or series of movies) where the TNG, DS9 and VOY casts are all included and they kill off the characters one at a time based on Internet/telephone polling. :D

There's a difference between upstate NY and hell? :p

Though I hear you on the cold, our pipes almost froze a few days ago.

It's not just upstate - my ex-roomie works at a stadium on Staten Island, and their pipes burst. He needs to stay there all night tonight monitoring the temperature and boilers.

well ... I can dream can't I? To be fair, summers are rather pleasant (compared to GA!).

Mark, see if you can't get a hold of the DVD's ... even just to view once, it is a good series.

ej

right, lets get back on topic ... what will T'Pol be wearing tonight?

I'll keep my eyes open at the secondhand DVD stores and pick them up as I can (or watch for a very good deal at the regular places). I'm still trying to collect all of the SG-1 series, first, though.

I wouldn't bet money that the rest of the series goes much beyond this season, at this point. But yeah, the interviews and spoilers seem to indicate the Xindi storyline is just this season (and possibly early next season, if there's a cliffhanger). The temporal cold war is the series-long conflict - maybe resolving the Xindi storyline will move that forward in some way.
